I'm thinking of promoting 4 v 4 duels more regularly on my realm for 29-30's and if this is popular might spread it to 18's aswell.. But at the momment I'll stick to 29-30 lvl chars. They should be good as a team and be able to be competitive vs HLD's and LLD's alike.

What Im thinking is what would be the best combination of characters.
My thoughts are along the lines of:
3 x trappers with 1 x mage(foh/hammer)
2 x Hammers 2 x Bow Ama's

Other good possibilities would be incorporating regen chargers/bone nec's/fissure druids/ WW barbs.

At the momment I'm going with a versatile approach of 1 bowama, 2 paladins (1 mage, other either hammer or regen charger), and last one is an open slot that could be almost anything.

Any Idea's/Oppinions on what would be great combinations?

Hammer
and either a trapper or a bone nec.

And now for 18's.
Charge/Zealer+ Bone nec+ Bow ama+ Fissure druid? Possibly switch out the charge zealer with a liberator?

ww baba massive dmg ww normally hurts hits them 3 times (+ bo)
bow amazon sniper always is good. 1000 dmg sniper
hammerdin conc to help zon a lot
wake of fire sin with mb and massiv frw super stun (key)

hamerdin with maxed conc instead of ba (rest of pts go here though - will still have nice hammer dmg while making ww baba + bow ama gawdly Smile

103fcr fire trapper (very nais crowd controll)
bow ama (this will be the damage dealer as bow damage will be sweet with conc)
duel weild ww baba (bo + sweet dmg with pala's conc aura + tank some dmg)

fb sorc (assuming tele allowed), hammerdin, godly ww barb, bowzon is easily the #1 if you ask me..
all chars get bo..(tele fb and desyncing hdin with bo?) barb and bowzon get conc... barb/bow force other chars to use max block items (if they are the kind of char that changes items based on duel and sometimes doesnt have max block) fb sorc at least makes sure they have fire res gear on.. bowzon/fb sorc can force them into being offensive.. hammer/barb will dominate at close range

does clerc =a medic type pala maxed prayer + chargeing with insight?? if so that friggin bm in team duels imo

this is a team that i usein hld nl and it seem to work pretty find fire trapper is obviously a lite trapper in hld but yea

Hammer,bowa, fb sorc, charger.

the bowa can sit in a hammerfield with 2 auras and more than likely destroy anything that gets hit without too much trouble.

that's my 2 cents.

also, 3 fb sorcs and bo barb would be pretty tough.
