First of all, what level can conc barbs be, 29 or 30? not sure haven't played for awhile.

Gear:
Wep-Honor naga 15ed
Shield-Atsod with 3x 20+ max jewels
Armor-95+ed 24 fhr armor from the shop, 2 open socket with max jewels
Helm-Not to sure on this, 2 open socket 24 fhr/95+ed grim helm?
Ring/amulet-Angelics
Belt/Gloves-Death sash
Boots-Sander

yea +5 bo helm for prebuff, but is that other helm good for a conc barb?

dont know much about barbs...but the few ive dueled they always get a frw helm to try and chase my caster down so im gunna say its pretty good.

im not sure if you plan on dueling only other melee chars, or all chars. either way, lvl 30 is allowed. if dueling other melee chars, you'll want high def gear. otherwise a quick and dirty build i used to use for crushing pub games was:

3 socket, 3 bo, (try to get with another good skill like increased speed or nat res) socketed with max dmg jewels
angelic ammy/rings
honor knout (you can use a divine scepter for more dmg, but it has lower range and higher reqs)
twitchthrow with max dmg jewel
rhyme grim shield
bloodfists
string of ears
sander's boots
2x spirits on switch to bo with

gives you everything you need to smush pubs: speed, damage, resists, block, no freeze, %dr..

edit: just saw your other thread about wanting to use the atsod. in that case, what you could do use use that with an honor naga and death's gloves/belt. you'll do a lot more damage, and you'll only lose the 15% dr and a bit of resists.

Couple questions, soooo... the helm that I found with the +2 combat/frw/ar/life is not as good as the 3 socket/3 bo helm?

Also, would honor knout+atsod be better then honor naga+ atsod? Cause I got a 5 open socket knout with 10 ed, so that would save me the trouble of finding a 5 open socket naga.

%ar/level isnt a big deal for a lvl 30 conc barb, especially using angelics. you should hit 8k ar easily. any helm you use should have at least 2 sockets imo. the 2 open sockets in a 3 bo helm would give you a lot more damage than the +2 combat. would give you more life too. and finding one with +x increased speed and/or natural res will make up for the other stats.

better is a matter of opinion, they're both good. if you use the knout, you can use bfists instead of death's gloves and hit the same ias bp (11 frames is 30 ias with knout/divine, 50 ias with naga). OR if you want you could use death's gloves/belt and use peace mage plate for some more crit strike, or a 3 soc +xx life light/mage plate. all up to you. bfists + twitch will give you the most life, the 3 soc lifer armor will be expensive but give more damage, and peace will give more damage and be cheaper, but of course you wont get any life bonus.

one last note, dont upgrade the twitch if you plan on putting a lvl 27 max dmg jewel in it or it'll go to lvl 32.

Would I hit the ias breakpoint with this? or would I go over and just need to use a honor naga instead of honor knouth.

AND a question, since you guys said I would be getting a ton of ar from the angelics that I would not need to use my %ar helm, would it be better to use 2x sojs+nice stat/skill amulet and then use that frw/%ar helm? I think this could be a good idea.
