i went in.. its the cow level.. howd they get it to open outside? is that the problem?

Ill go try making cow games outside of town , or right borderline right now.

making a cow portal outside of town used to crash the game. There was actually a dupe method useing this along time ago. I'm not sure exactly how it worked but it went something like this: You would make a cow portal outside of town and drop an item. A friend would pick it up, and you would click on the portal crasing the game. Your char file would then rollback but your friends wouldn't, thus duping ther item. This was patched, but in 09 trying to enter the portal would cause connection iterupted, but no rollback. This is fixed now, and making a portal outside of town does nothing except for the wierd name.

yeah its just a bugged portal

you can only do it when the entrance to town is on the left hand side and you have to make the portal outside of town (i dont remember how to do it)

right now there is no use for the portal but it used to be used for roll backs and duping (it may still be used for that since its such an unstable glitch)

yeh just stand at edge of town and make cows and it goes outside, i just tryed it but its says i cant use this yet when people try to go in.

It's like when you open a town portal inside of town by opening it ad town gate ^-^ It's fun to be in rogue encampment and see your town portal leading to rogue from rogue
