yes i know its not LLD
and yes, ill explain why

levels 31-37 get more powerful, upgraded, beefy, w/e, etc. STUFF
they get more mana on gcs, more choices of jewels, more items at your disposal, more skill points to use, more stat points to use, and most of all more HLD killing power from all the above. Level 38 has shaft, a mega DR item... and there were eth bugged shafts too, so 38 is definitely the cutoff... dont even mention 39 because thats MLD for sure
If theres anything i missed, feel free to add to it. If you LLD and have a problem with LMLDs, just uh... kill em with some LLD o/l friends i guess, i know theres some badass LMLDs out there that dont care for manners at all

that leaves out my 39 ww'er =/. ive always liked lvl 30-40 builds i think theyre fun but i never really built one as they have no true purpose to me. maybe ill make a 37 necro, or 34 blizzer something like that.

shame u decided to stop at 37. i have a pretty nice 39 cold sorc circlet that im interested in using. but ill hold off for now

20 life scs are req lvl 39. And i do agree that 31-37 really has no title. They cant duel lvl 30's and under cause it isnt really fair. And when u get to 38+ there is alot more available. So i think vLLD lvl 9, LLD lvl 10-30, and HLLD 31-37. I think this has been needed for awhile.

some builds can go to 12 i believe in vlld. for example feral rage wolf. and maul bear. these skills come into play at lvl 12, before that there really is no attacking skill other than plain old attack. however all items must be of lvl 9 req. or lower

37 necro on east would be pretty good if you use buggy gear. storm circlet + 70/15s would make you quite strong. splendor +3 spirit wit decrepify head would also benefit you well.

im fine with the way lld101 set its rules like 9,15,18,28,29,30 etc.
they are doing it well, but im throwing out what me and other people i know have agreed upon that 31-37 IS a category in itself... and thats why i posted here to see if anyone from lld101 would agree
