and it was uber detectable and bnet just mass banned everyone in a span of about hmmm 5 seconds cuz netter coundt have changed all those accts and passwords in 5 seconds

So what is the deal here guys? Did blizz ban me or did EZmap steal my password. My password for my HLD/Ladder acct no longer works. I just made a new lld acct with a pretty good lvl 30 charger with like 20 2-3/xx/10-15s and that doesnt work. I can still log onto zolas and zolas2 luckily.

The website was xxxxxxxxx.

battle.net discussions say that it was a combo of the program being uber detectable and/or trojan giving away pw info to the maker.

Accounts that you have not logged into since installation of easy map are safe. However, as a precaution I would change pw on all your accts.

I never used mh before...finally did for about 3 days before ladder s3 and no problems. So, when friend sent me easy map I didn't even think about it and .... Evil or Very Mad

..... Whatever, I lost a crappy lvl 74 blizz sorc with 33 chancies and durys armor and nightsmoke as my godly setup Laughing

Lost a few hours of baal running but nuttin special...o ya a sig shield... Shocked

The site was xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx after looking at their page more closely the moderators there endorse trade scams and many other things that piss me off. So, take that for what it is...MH doesn't seem that big of an offense to me...fukn someone over is EVIL!

Guess the mods of that site endorsed easy map a little to heavily...I wonder if they somehow profited from the trojan??? Hmmmmmm....Fishy!

I guess that will teach me to stick to the old school of playing in "the dark" Rolling Eyes

Whatever...I feel like a chump now...guess I had it coming as did all of us trying to cheat the game.

They can keep my sig shield and stick it in their #$%!!!

UPDATE!

NOt only will your password be changed...you will need to get another CDKey. Blizz banned any CDKey that downloaded easy map.

Jesus...An expensive lesson to learn I guess!

id appreciate it if you guys stopped posting websites to sites that have hacks. especially since you yourselves are saying the hacks are trojanned. Rolling Eyes

im 1 of the ppl who got owned hardcore!...lol....doesnt bug me much...lost the name Astrology and a Ladder Um rune.....but i dont care....just proves im a moron...sad part is i didnt get hacked....blizzard got me....lol....kudos to blizzard for finaly cracking down on hackers....^_^...time to dig out those other 6 cd-keys i stole years ago in case this ever happened from all my botting...lol

yah first banning in many years at Bnet and seems that many many players got banned this time good thing is that i never have used MH myself but some friends lost accnt's/cd-keys Confused
