how effective would it be to use a clegs 50% ds on a lvl 12-14 werewolf?
and does his feral rage work in pvp????

It's too slow.

Just like other leech, not that much at all.

and my question was if feral rage leeches in pvp at ALL.

any kind of leech works in pvp but its just heavly nerfed. using anything but kalims on a 9-14 druid is a mistake.

there is a druidform ias calculator in the sticky. 50% DS doesnt make up for the fact that youll be swinging at 1 attack a second (estimate).
