Rare flail I found. Would this be good for a level 18 conc barb, in comparison to clegs or a 15 maxer weapon. The 5% amp and +1 bcomb is what intrigues me most, although a concer doesn't attack as fast as a zealot, making the amp rarer, this still seems like a nice weapon. Thoughts?

i dont think as-is its worth it. ias would have been great but this is a tough choice imo... your call. id rather have 2os on the barb over amp.

was thinking that are the +skills worth 1 sock? when thinking about 18lvl concer.

i found a 3shout/1iron skin/1find item avenger guard lvl18.
figured this could be useful for a conc barb, plus imo its the best helmet style. and its white, o it can get 3os.
oppinions?

I'd say for performance you're better off using a +3 ironskin helm and prebuffing with a +3shout helm.
