only bc on the lvl 9 you want the extra 100def 3 piece and gloves give +10str +30ias, so once u have 60, u can wear all three.

but for 18, this saves the 10str, infact u can have 45 and use crushflange + deaths gloves/sash to get the 30ias and other bonuses.
drop sigons helm for 3pRuby crown

even when u weapon switch out the +15str there is a bug with kick dmg, red boots still give the +dmg (atleast that was true in 1.10)

now if only we could upgrade set gear,, lvl 30 sigons war boots would have been cool....

think i just answered my question. this is decent lvl 18 kicker build Smile

now i just need 30 more sc's [L] ill keep these babies as is, saving 10str at lvl 30 is useless

Don't kickers usually like to beef damage by pumping strength anyway though?

sure str will help, but i feel the majority of the dmg is from 1 or 2 TS charges actually. crush and OW too.

no need to have a 700 life build when i can have a closer to 1000 with similair dmg.

ith swordback + stat jewel crushflange.
amp talons on switch with pelta

If it gets 2 sockets this is surely decent for a Bolt zon,if it gets 1 socket would it still be ok?
