it does exist, my friend had an eth one.

i personally, on the other hand, have never seen a:

Bul-Kathos' Wedding Band
Ring
Required Level: 58
+1 To All Skill Levels
+ (0.5 Per Character Level) 0-49 To Life (Based On Character Level)
3-5% Life Stolen Per Hit (varies)
+50 Maximum Stamina

but im told they exist.

yea bk rings do exist so does gargoyle. but the best throwing itme i think would have to be Wraith Flight ive owend many a people with a lvl 92 throw barb... using 2 wraith flights

Lancelator MAYBBE but i use that on my switch to cast amp dmg but im going going to stick by my word wraith flight owns it.

wraith has alot more damage, but it is also slower.

scuze me? how bout my 09, 76legit's throw barbs, 299ed/1min dmg winged, and 296ed/6 life regen winged, or how bout his 295ed hyperion jav w/ ss?.

i had a 300ed winged with 30ias at one point ^-^ I had this one jav that was so cool for a lvl 42 throw barb it was cruel harpoon of evisc, 250+ dmg throw dfor lvl 42 o.O But the only lvl 42 throw barb who was designed to play at that lvl got beaten everytime by my lvl 14, so i didn't really thinkt here was a market for it Sad

I'm pretty sure that the best throwing weapon in this patch would be some sort of eth/replenish rare winged
