i tried using low lvl rings(around ilvl8) and low level char(lvl 9) to craft some rings for a lvl 9 sin or pally but they keep coming out lvl 15, 18, 22 and shit, arreat summit says ilvl = (ilvl *.5) + (clvl *.5) but that obviously isnt the case, someone help plz

thats correct

but your mistaking ilvl with level requirment, they really have nothing to do with eachother.

and the link from dely had everything

reqlvl = 9+(hi_reqaff+1)+3*aff_count
Or
reqlvl = 10+hi_reqaff+3*aff_count

crafts cant have a lvl under 14, no matter how much u try.

even with only a single random mod that is requirment lvl 1.. its 3 + 10 + 1 = 14
