For a six socket pick, would socketing 15max dmg jewels be the best way to get dmg? thats 15x6 = 80 max dmg? 90 max opps lol
Would socketing jewels like 12 max 9 ed% be better for dmg?

Does anyone know of a site/program that tells u damage of a weapon when socketed with jewels?

15 max beats 12max/9%ed hand down. 15 x 6 = 90 btw.
so a pick can become 100+ dmg easily.

don't use all those jewels making a 90 max pick because 1 jewel in a clegaws tooth i've come to conclude is a better, more economical choice

its all personal preference, but the most sought out level 18 zealot weapon is a warscepter with +3 zeal +3 conc socketed with 5 +20 max jewels.

good luck getting it though, as if it exists, its worth a tonne.

if u want 5 sockets then kill a monster...i dont beleive a nps can sell a 5 socketed scepter ne way...and since they r all ilvl 1 from npc's then they wont get 5 sockets either

If your looking for a nice premod warscepter may i suggest norm cows ilvl 25+ gets 5 os and usually norm cows drop normal items not exceptional or elite plus eazy to kill Smile

all weapons shopped from NPCs will not get max sockets. they sell crap quality.

and there are a LOT of war scepters that drop in nm and hell cows, and you are gaurunteed that each one will get max sockets from the quest, if you pick it up from either of those.
