i actually have some of the gear i want to use but i really dunno nothing about the skill layout

the gear i planned to use is :

wep: 6x 15 maxer jwl military pick
helmet: +3 maul 2 os plet socked with 2x 15 maxer (with other mods)
Shield : a 20 edmg 3x 15 maxer Shield
Armor : dunno if i should use twitch or a maxer lifer armor (something like a magic armor of the whale..?)
boots cow kings
glove and belt maybe death combo if i need alot of ias or i could go with bloodfist and a rare fhr life sttr belt
jewlry will be angelic of course

i hope u can help me out on this i need someone to tell me if the built can or cant compete with the other melee pubs chars

Don't expect to kill even a mediocre lvl 18 zealot with this.

It works decently vs concers and kickers though
