pvp "slow" cap is 50%, right?

does this mean that if a paladin with a holy freeze aura (which slows by 50%) uses something like.. clegs gloves or nos coil or w/e with "slows target xx%", it's useless?

no, slow is different for cold and not for cold.

50% is the max you can have on gear like clegs, and 40% is max on cold, i.e lvl 4 holy freeze.

okay so before i make a gear decision, anyone else want to varify that freeze slow and regular slow operate independantly?

and that the cap is 40freeze/50slow

i dont know what the freeze cap is, but i have tested that slow and holy freeze work independently

freeze cap is 40%. That's why bm zealots go to 21, for general's and max holy freeze %.
