ok so i'm not sure witch items i should use, so i was hoping for some help

first of all i have a vLLD lvl 9 sacrifice paladin and i'm woundering about rings/amus (witch to use)

Amus:

1. 5str, 2 energy, 6cres, 6lres, 6pres, 12fres, 5% chance to cast lvl 3 frost nova when stuck

2. 5str, 10ar, 7all res, 1mdr

ok so the 2nd amu have ar witch is nice but the first one has that chance of throwing a lvl 3 frost nova witch is nice ^^ so witch amu should i go for? i'm using the 1st one atm, but i'm not sure if the ar is better :/

Rings:

ok so atm i'm using 2 basic blue rings with 80ar and one 2nd mod, one has 5% rep life and the other has 1 max dmg. On my bank i got this rare ring tho...

70ar, 2life, 13lres, 1mdr, poisen lenght reduced by 25%

so should i keep using my common blue rings or switch one out for the rre one?

10 ar won't be much differents. isn't? it try switching it on and off compare the ar. if its more then 100+ar then keep the second
