You may find it in the gambling forum on JSP. Basically, he wanted to bet 1000 FG on a Cowboys-Panthers game, and he found someone to take the bet. Butters told the guy that he would PM him to confirm the bet, but he never did. Then, in the fourth quarter of the game, when the Cowboys had an insurmountable lead, Butters posted in the gambling forum something along the lines of:

"Yo dude, I hope you keep the bet now that I won."

He then lied about sending the guy a PM to confirm, was discovered by a mod, and was subsequently banned for a few weeks until he swore on his mother's grave that it was all a misunderstanding.
