Just a question:

Most runes out there aren't "legit" whether somone claims them to be or not, and if duped thins aren't allowed to be traded on 101. . .

Cause I've seen some ridiculous things. . . .

20 Hr's for a SC?

50 Hr's?
etc etc. . .

You're not gonna tell me that all 50 of those HR's you have are all legit, or you found them yourself. . . .

Unless you EBAY'd "1337 L3917 It4MZ" -.-. . . .

runes arent items.. they are runes

I think the difference here is that runes are widely accepted as currency and they do not actually help in the gear for a character in lld, where as duped items can easily make a character over powered.

Check the rules please Matt. Duped items are not allowed to be traded here, yes, but the exceptions to the rule are high runes and sojs.
