when upping rare items from normal to exept. item normal lvl req(in this case 34) +5more lvl's not too sure if it was liek this

thanks Heprea....I guess I was hoping the eth somehow lowered the reqs on it ( I don't know too much bout that stuff) guess it's pretty useless as a LLD shield then.

no, it would be +5 the highest lvl req, which would be the base shield type. either way, wont be lvl 30

highest level req so far is 27, but level req for exceptional version is 34, so 34+5 = 39.
