Yes, the man had coming to him what he got. If you jump out of a plane every day with a camera strapped to your head, you eventually have a parachute malfunction. If you jump motorcycles over ramps daily to make crowds go "HOLY SHIT, DID YOU SEE THAT?!" you eventually crash.

If you grab venomous snakes, crocodiles, alligators, and every other imaginable dangerous species on the planet, you will eventually get shot throught the chest with a stinger from a stingray.
