best kicker ive ever seen was psn...

i'd suggest
max talon
max venom
u'll only need a few in bos if u have a lot of + to skills
i'd use enough martial charms for a good # of kicks, but then shadow ones for venom

i'd put one in wake of fire and one in mind blast for the stun combo... if u set the traps then mb them they get really stunned and then u can kick away at them... if u can master it you can have them totally stunned while u kick them

i'd put quite a few in cloak of shadows because it reduces their def quite a bit and raises yours...

gear wise

death web
blackhorns
arachnids
angelic combo
shadow dancers (same damage as gores but +2 shadows help venom)
stormshield
bramble or coh
you could also use ravens/metalgrid instead of angelics

yea, a lot
also venom acts over like .4 seconds so you cant really antidote or stack or reduce the time of it

i find venom kickers much more effective than physical ones especially since dr reduces kicks a lot

yea i guess if you are going to be a physical damage kicker you'd go only martial arts charms, up'd gores
as for weapon you could use beast... or you could save yourself a lot of money and just get a lacerator which would probably be better anyway
or you could buy a doom or something like that

i suggested blackhorns + arach because they give slow which help a lot especially vs casters and stuff... you could also use like coa or verdungos
