I stacked two CD's in a CD case the night before, and today squeezed it in my overstuffed messenger bag before heading out. I fiddled around on the computer to complete my homework for my psych class. I tossed the messenger bag carelessly to the ground when I hurried into my lab late, conducted my lab. I came home, and after some tomfoolery, I opened the case to find the CD cases were broken: one of them was "Diablo II: Lord of Destruction".
This is not a thread asking for help on getting me back on D2 again. In fact, I have no desire to either buy another CD, or find a loader for Macintosh. I'll still meander the forums, but I don't plan to get on D2 again, as far as I can see. This is, in fact, a thread in which I am bidding good bye to b.net.
We had joy, we had fun, and it was a pleasure playing with the lot of you, but now I bid you all best wishes.

Im gonna miss seeing Kom-Anri, even though I havent seen her forever anyways..but yea, she was the first good sorc I met, and thanks for letting me duel her. It was a blast.

Wait a minute KC....you were...friends with Shade?? I don't even know you anymore ! As much as its been said already, sorry to see you go, you're one of the few people that made Diablo fun for me (despite the fact that we've been seperated by the ladder for 11 months). Hope to still keep in touch through the site, and talk Smash some time again!  (Someone revive that thread...)
