so i checked the ias tables and i noticed that 147% was ias bp for both hydra bow (wf) and gmb (faith)

and i know for a fact that gmb can hit the 7 frame break point.

and then wf can have a possible 50 ias (shaeled)
which is more than the average 30 ias from fanta on gmb.

am i missing something blah.

Skill increased attack speed, adds directly to your effective increased attack speed (eias). Anything else goes through the fomula.

with a shael'd wf (only 20 ias on wf) you need 107 ias for 8 frame

with a faith GMB you need
50 for 8 frame with 12 fanat
48 for 8 frame with 13 fanat
46 for 8 frame with 14 and 15 fanat

fanat is a different type of ias
