Best Place to find Skill Grand Charms?

This was brought to my attention on GameFAQs... And apparently, it was mentioned that the best place was Act III in nightmare (something like 1/11 chance in rerolling), or more specifically, the Flayer Dungeon. Can anyone, (specifically Jerkazoid) check this up? I might do it myself. _________________

It may say that, but i Always Find my skill charms when going to hell cows to get items to repair my equip. It just seems to work. But i think ill try this idea. |

I find quite a few in nm cows and a couple tmies they have gotten life mods |
