You might want to consider a couple rules.

1) Wands w/charges (like lifetap)
2) Amount of slow gear that can be used
3) Lawbringer legal? Kickers would use this

So in PvP the higher level conviction cancels out the other. What is this based off of? Amount of -resistance or the level of conviction? Because conviction maxes out at level 25... would a level 40 c...
