Most people put not good no matter the outcome, I put not good if it was a really close duel (and then I usually don't even put that because it's annoying.)

Also, whenever I see "not good" (for good game) it's generally being used derogatorily/mockingly. Maybe this is just a realm thing...

It's also used to replace "very good" or "godly" though how they made the jump from 'good going', the world may never know.
