-skiptobnet is faster to get onto d2 even if you dont want to go on bnet because it misses all the intro and icon thingies.
There is a list of all the extensions you can add

Helpful shortcuts if you didn't know.
Subject description: Well now you know. (sticky me bish)
If you have a PC (probably works in MAC too?) if you want to use window mode:
Right click your shortcut or main icon of Diablo 2: Lord of Destruction and go to properties. Fromt he tabs go to the one called "shortcut". Then where it says "targeted" you will probably see something like:
"C:\Program Files\Diablo II\Diablo II.exe"
Press "SpaceBar" and type -w
So now it should look like this:
"C:\Program Files\Diablo II\Diablo II.exe" -w
*May look different depending on where you saved your Diablo 2: Lord of Destruction.
If you want to skip to Battle.net login, make it look like:
"C:\Program Files\Diablo II\Diablo II.exe" -skiptobnet
*May look different depending on where you saved your Diablo 2: Lord of Destruction.
And if you want your cake and eat it too, just combine it:
"C:\Program Files\Diablo II\Diablo II.exe" -w -skiptobnet
*May look different depending on where you saved your Diablo 2: Lord of Destruction.
